"We moved to Gilbert Arizona in June of 2016 from WA state. Obviously, distance is an issue as we had a very limited window of time to spend in the area to search for a home. We spent 2 full days looking at homes. Lisa drove us around the valley explaining everything we were seeing along the way. At the end of our trip, we didn't find the exact home, but we found the right neighborhood. Sure enough, the right home became available in the right neighborhood, and we had no opportunity to get back down to AZ in time. Lisa jumped in. She showed up at the home with her iPad Facetimed us and gave a full tour (with as much detail as she could describe since we were 1800 miles away). We got a copy of the floorplan, and a bunch of high-res pics and made an offer. Approx. 45 days later we owned our home in AZ and now 8 months later, we couldn't be happier (Lisa thinks we are crazy for buying a home without walking through it first. Well, we trusted the process that much). Our move was tedious and had some hiccups and Lisa was there to help us out. If you want someone who will go above and beyond for you (and I mean "above and beyond") then Lisa is it. She will handle all homes we purchase in the valley going forward."
